- Obtain a job description and gather feedback on job requirements and type of candidate you are looking for.
- Draft and place an ad through a venue of your choice, listing an Inspiring HR email address as the point of contact.
- Screen all incoming resumes based on discussed requirements.
- Contact viable candidates and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Provide written candidate feedback to client contact, in bullet point/summary form.
- Set up in person interview(s) with business owner and/or hiring manager(s).
- Gather feedback from interviewers.
- Extend verbal offer if needed.
- Remit written offer letter to candidate; Assist with offer negotiations as needed.
- Gather feedback from hiring manager after 1st day and 1st week of work.
